1. General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final once an order has been placed, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

2. Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your claim quickly, please provide:
Your order number
The email address used for the purchase
A clear description of the issue
Clear photos or video showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Photos of the outer packaging, if the package arrived damaged
Once we receive your information, our team will review the claim and provide a suitable solution.
Depending on the situation, the solution may include:
A replacement item
A partial refund
A full refund
Another suitable resolution agreed by our support team
All claims are reviewed case by case.
3. Custom And Personalized Blessing Products
Some sacredhavens products may include personalized blessing options, custom intention notes, name-based customization, optional birth date details, or special blessing requests.
Because these items are prepared specifically for the customer, custom or personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once preparation or production has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Please make sure all personalization details are accurate before submitting your order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom or personalized blessing products
Items that have been worn, used, altered, washed, damaged, or handled improperly
Items returned without approval from our support team
Items damaged after delivery
Final-sale items
Gift cards, if offered
Items returned due to customer address error, failed delivery, or refusal to collect the package
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer general exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement depending on product availability.
If the original item is no longer available, we may offer an alternative solution.
6. Refunds
If a full or partial refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 7–12 business days after approval. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
7. Order Cancellations And Changes
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Order changes are time-sensitive. We recommend contacting us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has entered processing, packaging, personalization, or shipment preparation, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
For custom or personalized blessing products, cancellations are not available once preparation or production has started.
8. Unauthorized Returns
Please do not send any item back to us without contacting our support team first.
Returns must be approved before they are sent back. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted, refunded, exchanged, or returned to the sender.
9. Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to our error, such as a confirmed incorrect item or verified quality issue, we will provide further instructions.
For any approved return that is not caused by our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any approved return, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
10. Lost Or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
If the carrier confirms that the package was lost during transit, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows that the package was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, sacredhavens is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.
