Yes, we ship worldwide. To ensure your handcrafted items arrive safely and efficiently, we work with a dedicated network of specialized international shipping partners. Your order will be carefully packed, secured, and dispatched from our fulfillment center closest to the item's origin.
Q: How Long Does Shipping Take?
Because each piece is handcrafted by traditional artisans and undergoes a sacred consecration ritual before journeying to you, processing may take a few days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location and local carrier conditions.
Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing, holidays, weather, or carrier backlogs.
Q: How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use the tracking number to follow your package through the tracking link provided in the email, or through a universal tracking platform such as 17track.net.
Q: Why Isn’t My Tracking Information Updating?
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your tracking number is issued. It is also normal for international packages to go a few days without a new scan while they are moving between global shipping hubs or customs checkpoints. If your tracking has not updated for several days, feel free to contact us at support@sacredhavens.com, and we’ll help look into it.
Q: I Only Received Part Of My Order. Why?
Some orders may ship in separate packages, especially if they include multiple items from different collections—such as heavy sacred statues, delicate micro-Thangka necklaces, energy bracelets, or incense rituals.
This helps us pack each sacred item with the utmost protection and deliver them as quickly as possible. Each package will have its own tracking number, sent to your email as soon as it ships.

Place your statue in a clean, elevated, and respectful space, such as a home altar, mantle, or a quiet corner of your living area. To maintain its vintage luster, gently wipe it with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, liquids, or abrasive materials that could compromise the handcrafted metalwork or mineral pigments.
Q: How Should I Care For My Thangka Necklace?
Our micro-Thangka necklaces are protected by a high-transparency shield, but they are still delicate works of art. To protect the hand-painted mineral pigments and vintage metal frame, please remove your necklace before showering, swimming, or sleeping. Keep it away from prolonged direct exposure to heavy moisture or perfumes.

Our energy bracelets are crafted from natural materials like sandalwood, bodhi seeds, and healing crystals. Over time, natural wooden beads will develop a beautiful unique patina from the natural oils of your skin.
